  • Smart renewal calendar

    Alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days — every credential, every state.

  • Built by working clinicians

Designed by a multi-state collaborative-practice physician. For the way you actually work.

How it works

Three steps. Five minutes to set up. Zero ongoing busywork.

  1. 1

    Add your credentials

License number, state, expiration date, and (optionally) a copy of the certificate uploaded to your vault. About 30 seconds per credential.

  2. 2

    Get the right alerts

Email and push notifications at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before each expiration. Multi-state? Every state has its own clock.

  3. 3

    Renew with confidence

On renewal day, everything you need is already in one place: the credential, the document, the deadline, the rule. Renew through the state board, or let us route you to a concierge partner who'll handle it.

Built by working clinicians

Designed by a physician who runs a multi-state practice.

Larch isn’t a SaaS founder’s guess at how clinicians work. It’s built by someone whose own license renewals are on the same calendar Larch ships — whose own DEA registration, board certification, and CE log run through the same product you do.

That means the alert cadence, the vault structure, the multi-state cockpit, and the document model are all the way a practicing clinician would actually want them — not the way an engineer assumes they should be.

Read more about Larch’s founder

I started Larch because I was the clinician who couldn’t keep track of his own credentials. Eight states, three boards, a DEA and CSR for each — and a spreadsheet that lied to me twice. So I built the thing I needed.

How we make money

Free for you, paid by the partners we recommend.

Larch is a NerdWallet-style business: free tools that earn the customer’s trust, paid for usby partners we recommend when (and only when) you’re shopping for them.

When you’re ready to apply for a business credit card, open a business banking account, get a malpractice quote, set up payroll, or compare EHR systems — Larch is where you’ll see vetted offers, with the financial disclosures the FTC requires. If you sign up through us, the partner pays us a referral fee. You pay nothing extra.

The promise

  • We never charge clinicians for credential tracking.
  • We never sell your credential or contact data. Not to pharma, insurance carriers, or recruiters.
  • We never run banner ads inside the product.
  • Partner offers appear only when you’re explicitly shopping — never as drive-by upsells.
  • If a partner product isn’t something we’d use ourselves, we don’t list it.

Common questions

What clinicians ask first.

Is Larch really free?
Yes — free forever for clinicians. The whole credential-tracking product is free: unlimited credentials, unlimited states, smart alerts, the encrypted document vault. No credit card on signup.
What credentials can I track?
State licenses, DEA federal registration, state controlled-substance registrations, board certifications, CE/CME credits with state-by-state requirement mapping, collaborative practice agreements, malpractice policies — anything with an expiration date.
How secure is my data?
Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Every read and write is audit-logged. Files in the vault use signed URLs that expire — never public links. BAA available on request.
